I was having an issue with my fit bit not scrolling through data like others have mentioned, but after the last firmware update my display has gone completely out and it will not vibrate for alerts. I saw others recommended that you plug it in and hold side button for 5 seconds, but this did not work for me. At various times I see some green light in different parts of the screen, but i can't make anything out. My band is synced and charged 73%. Please help!
