Inspire sending old outlook notifications

Ever since I updated my iphone to the new IOS version two days ago, I keep getting old outlook calendar notifications on my Inspire from the night before. My inspire buzzes and something that was set on my calendar from 12-15 hours ago comes up. I hit the X and it goes away, then buzzes again a few minutes later and it comes up. And it continues to pop up and buzz all day long.

 

I have restarted my Inspire many times and this is not fixing the problem.

Let me help you with your Inspire showing outlook notifications and thank you for restarting your Inspire. Start by checking your Outlook settings. Does the notification have an all day reminder? Also try refreshing the link between your phone and your device by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
