Inspire showing Pace instead of calories

I never had a big problem with manual log as it will still show my stats as Time, Cal and BPM atop, whether it was a walk or run. And this is how I like it displayed.

I clocked a total of 12,499 steps, total cal 2,238, 49 active min (from 9 to 10 pm) last night. However I manually plugged in the walk exercise from 9 to 10 pm:

  • my active min on dashboard became 0 min
  • my exercise details show km, time and pace instead of the former layout as time, cal and bpm  (And there's no way to change the display)

I believed I have done the necessary and nothing yet has been able to explain the change I didn’t opt for. I never asked for pace?!

I have tried:

  • logging out and in
  • removing the device, turning off my iPhone and Bluetooth, and setting them back up
  • removing walk exercise shortcut and putting it back
  • spent an hour with live chat

Nothing works this far for the unexplained change in tracking and display. And I am not seeing an app update option in Apps store as the live chat fella suggested.

Anyone having the same issue? Or solution?

@Potbellyoink It's great to have you here!

Sorry to hear that our activity is showing stats that you don't want. Why did you manually logged this activity? Isn't your tracker detecting your activity? I think it would be better if you either let your tracker detect the activity or select the activity from the activities options on your tracker. After this see if the stats show as you wish instead of logging them to your account. You could also share a screenshot of what you are seeing so I have a better understanding of what you previously saw and what you see now on your activities. Finally you can also reach out to our Support team for further assistance.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community.  You added on to an older thread about a different device.  The Inspire 3 behaves different from both the Inspire HR and the Inspire 2.  I think you should start a new thread in the Inspire 3 forum about this problem  Can you please add a few more details?  I'm not sure if you are writing about what you see on the device or what you see on the mobile app?  Real time stats or exercise summary?
