Inspire showing steps from yesterday as today

My Fitbit Inspire is showing the same steps as yesterday as the starting point for today.

I tried doing a soft re-set and nothing. Made sure time zone was correct, too. I dont know what else to do.

 

We're having a step challenge and miraculously Im in the top 3. This has put me in 1st place and I already hear the "Cheating" allegations, LOL.

Someone please help!

@-April- Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your steps not resetting at midnight. This may happen when there is a  change in timezone (due to travel or DST changes).  You can restart your device as this will help it reset the following midnight but it won’t remove the steps from the affected date.
