Inspire shows no image, no charge

I bought this Inspire about 2 years ago...all of a sudden, it no longer charges or shows anything on the display i tried resetting, but nothing happens, still no display. What can I do?

Hi @Tanixcg,

 

Are the contacts and ports clean on both the device and the charging cable?  This may be why your device isn't charging.  There needs to be a strong connection between the device and the charger in order for it to charge.

 

Also, how long are you leaving it on the charger?  It needs to be left on the charger for a minimum of 2 hours in order to get a decent charge.

AS @DramaQueenDiva mentioned, there could be an issue with the tracker not properly charging. You can try the suggestions in this help article to help resolve this issue.

Hi! 

My fitbit have travels again, the screen image is faint and outside I can't see anything, I was trying to fix and to apply the guarantee but support told me that it doesn't apply, what I can do?
