I received a Fitbit "Inspire" last spring. After the latest fall software upgrade, the sleep analysis report was vastly simplified. No longer does "Awake - Restless-aSleep" appear, just a large grey box on the graph indicating approximate total sleep time. This is not worth much in this form. Anyone else notice this? Is there a way to get the old sleep report back?

@QQ2021 Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with your missing sleep data. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app? Have you tried tapping any graph or data you see to check if there is a more detailed section? Still I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
I look forward to your reply.

Hi, I have tried this and it hasn't worked. My fitbit stopped recording my sleep 3 days ago and I've had to enter it manually for 3 days, today included. What else can be done for it to start recording my sleep again? It's on my none dominant hand as it has been since I got it so I'm not sure what is happening? Does it need to be a bit tighter to my wrist so it can measure it properly or what?

That's what I had to do. Also, I had to raise it further up my arm, about 1¼" above wrist bone 'bump'.

I have big arms so that isn't an option for me unfortunately, I'm hoping now I've reset the watch and done what its stated here that it works again if not I'm unsure what to do
