Im now on my 2nd replacement Inspire in less than 9 months due to them stopping working. Just got my 3rd one and the sleep icon on the tracker is missing and the step counter is out by a third already and the days just started. Also takes ages to sync with my phone. This is ridiculous. I sure will never buy a fitbit
again.

@Kimberley60 Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.
I see where your disappointment is coming from. Let's try restarting your Inspire and confirm the following are correct in the Fitbit app:
Since we use height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average. For more information, see How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
Sometimes, when you start walking, your steps may not update on your device right away. After about 10-15 continuous steps, you'll notice the steps catch up and start updating in real time with each step you take.
In regards to the tracker not syncing, please confirm this syncing troubleshooting has been performed. May I know your phone model and OS installed?
Hope this helps.

As of today, my steps are not counting properly either. The device/app are missing many steps, and then, they're going backwards! How can steps delete themselves?! I need to hit my 10k for today but it's lost over 500 steps.
I already reset the device, restarted my phone, and updated the app. Device is only 4 months old.

@ShowPonySass Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.
I see where your disappointment is coming from.
In this case, I'd like you to check your Fitbit account and see if there are activities logged that could be interfering with the step count tracked by your Inspire HR. Take into consideration that once an activity has been tracked either by your tracker or MobileTrack, there's no need to manually log it again as this could override the data tracked.
Hope this helps.

Hi Sylvia,
I didn't manually input any exercise. It's just started undoing, redoing, undoing steps.
