Inspire small wristband plastic broke off

Had for less than a month and the small wristband broke where it attaches to the fit bit. Saw other complaints.  Seems like a manufacture defect.  Would like to get a replacement.

Hello! Had the same exact issue...plastic housing broke where band is connected on my less than a month old Inspire, it cannot be used. Since I have also seen several complaints was curious how to replace or if I could? Thanks for your help!

I contacted Fitbit.   They sent me a replacement for free.  Just provided picture and my address.  Very pleased.

@Barleehold I'm sorry for the late response. However, I was able to get in touch with our Support team in regards the damaged plastic of your Inspire HR and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that you will be back on track soon.

@Imacad, I'm sorry for the late response. Regarding the broken part of your Inspire HR wristband, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and took care of your case.

 

I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.

I have had the same problem happen to my Inspire HR. I got it for Christmas and have had it just over a month. Please advise on how I can get this fixed?

Regarding the damaged wristband of your Fitbit Inspire HR, I got in touch with our Customer Service department and told that they took care of your case via email and you will be back on track soon with a replacement unit.

Hello, my fitbit plastic bit where the writband connects also broke off. How do I contact the Support Team?

I only had my fitbit for about 9 months and I really love it. Feels weird not being able to wear it. 😕

I was promised a replacement over a month ago & still waiting. Don't believe anything thy tell you

Same thing happened to me. The plastic broke off on the device side so the band won’t stay on anymore. I got it for Christmas and it broke about a month and a half later.

Hello, just to update. I got my new fitbit yesterday. | cannot be more happy with the level of customer service and support I received. I am impressed by the speed at which this whole issue had been resolved. I am very happy with my fitbit and it feels natural to have it back on my wrist. Gym, here I come! 🙂 Thanks!
