Hello. My HR stopped scrolling, then a few days later the screen went dark.
It still syncs, recharges, reads all activity, and buzzes. I can still follow progress on desk top and phone. I have tried every proposed fix idea, and watched all the youtube vids out there. Resetting with a 5,8,15 second button push, recharging, changing clock face, even tapping watch etc...Am I missing something? Does the watch need to be replaced?
