This is a replacement Inspire2 after the same issues with the last one. Had it for 3 months. Stopped syncing ages ago. Have to keep turning bluetooth off and on which was working. But now its not even linked to my phone and trying to relink it doesnt work. The step/distance/sleep icons on the dashboard have disappeared. Its all the same issues as the last one i had that they replaced for me. Can Customer Service help please? This Fitbit is a waste of time if they go wrong after only 3 months. Wont buy another one.

Hi there, @Kimberley60. Thanks for stopping by and for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

Despite meeting the above requirements, the following devices often exhibit compatibility issues that cause our products and services to not operate properly:

  • Huawei P8 Lite
  • Huawei P9 Lite
  • Xiaomi Mi 6
  • Huawei P20 Lite
  • See these additional instructions for help resolving any issues using the Fitbit app on this device.

If your phone is not on the list above and meets the requirements to operate properly with the Fitbit app, please try the steps below:

  • Remove the Inspire from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
  • Restart your Inspire.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Inspire.

Once you manage to set up and sync your Fitbit device, the step and distance tiles should appear.
