Inspire stopped syncing with my WW app

This sucks. It quit synching with my ww app on android phone.  And of course no support told me to check with other people who have same problem.  I have done this and nothing works. Fitbit sucks

Hi @Ltmaxangel - Sorry you’re having problems but please keep our Community Guidelines in mind when posting. We are just other Fitbit users here, trying to help each other out. 

 

You may have already seen this, but here are instructions on how to set up WW so it will sync with Fitbit. It may be worth a try to disconnect the two completely then reconnect again from scratch. Here are the instructions from WW.

 

If this does not work, then you would have to contact WW. Since they are not related to Fitbit at all, it is up to them to resolve any issues with other companies. You can contact them here
