Inspire stopped 'tracking' active minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My inspire stopped tracking/counting minutes today at 22. I have been active many times this evening to get it to add to the time or reset itself. It' doing neither. I shut it off and restarted it, it's fully charged, and all other 'numbers' are still working well. Is this a glitch?

Can anybody help me with this issue? I can deal with not having it, but I will then have to take that out of my dashboard tiles, etc. Anybody ever run into this, or have a solution? Inspire is not even 1 year old yet.I was apprehensive to buy this as it was, so this is not helping. Thanks for any input/help/solutions.

Do you realize that 'active minutes' require a certain level of intensity continued for at least ten minutes?  You could be active many times for 8 minutes each time and not earn any 'active minutes'.

See What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?

yes, I'm aware of that; as I say, it was not registering/counting that. I am certain to be active enough for it to register. It's fine now; just some odd thing apparently. Thanks for the help. .
