I no longer get a sleep score or any information on heart rate.  How can I get these functions restored?

Hi @Rhodamack, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire since it stopped tracking your heart rate and sleep score.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your sleep score is calculated and how you can see the data on your Fitbit app.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if it tracks your heart rate and sleep score properly.

Thank you for your help.  I now have both sleep score and heart rate information restored.
