Inspire stopped tracking my daily activities

The last few days my fitbit is not picking up the activity I am doing, any ideas?

@Ojnanna Thank you for sharing the details of the issue with your device. I understand how you are feeling and would like to confirm if you continue experiencing issues with your tracker. If the issues persists, I recommend doing the following:

 

1. Please follow the troubleshooting instructions including a restart at Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

2. For complete troubleshooting tips to resolve the syncing issue, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Interesting!  Mine has stopped syncing and has a black screen too! Seems to have started last weekend according to the dashboard!

Hi!

As suggested, I plugged my fitbit onto the charger, held the button for 5
seconds and the Fitbit then stated working again. It also synced and I
hadn't lost any data.

So far so good!

Hi,

My fitbit inspire is not tracking my exercise, I do lots of walking every day and like to look at the impact this has on my steps. 

I have tried doing a restart on several occasions with no luck. I have also logged out and back I  to the app. This is beginning to really annoy me now. It happened once before but I managed to sort it out but

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation. SmartTrack recognizes activities based on the continuous movement of your arms. Sometimes, motions such as placing your arms on the bar of a treadmill, or pushing a stroller while you walk, may interrupt SmartTrack. Additionally, stopping in the middle of an exercise may interrupt the activity tracking.

By default, SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your walks aren't being recognized, lowering the time auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes may help ensure it records properly. For more information about how SmartTrack tracks activities, please review our help article: How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device?
