Inspire stopped tracking sleep

I'm happy that Inspire tracks my pool walking and seems to be accurate, but it stopped tracking my sleep,??? Both are important to me.

Hi @TrixieOutWest - This just started randomly? I'd definitely start with restarting the tracker. Follow the directions in the link below.

A warm welcome to our community @TrixieOutWest I'll be happy to assist you with your sleep tracking inquiry.

 

Since your Inspire isn't registering your sleep, I recommend trying the following:

  1. Manually sync the tracker. See instructions in How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. As @Ozzie65  mentioned, restart the tracker. See instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the tracker on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in How do I change my sleep history?

I tried this several times, and no results. Since it stopped tracking a couple of weeks after I started using the fitbit in the water to track steps in the pool (which works great!), I wonder if that's the cause.  Thanks for your assistance, though..

Hi! Manual sync and restart did not work. I wonder if it stopped because I'm using the Fitbit in the pool to track steps now. It was around the same time. Thanks for your response.
