Inspire stopped working after 5 and a half weeks.

Bought the inspire hr 2 months ago.  Specifically purchased for our trip to Ireland.  Worked fine until the middle of our trip and then died.  Went on to the community and saw this was a common problem.  Went through all the "fixes" numerous times without any success.  We are now home and I would like this problem resolved and have a working fitbit.  Please help me get this working or replaced.  Thank You.

Other than that, can you please tell me the exact problem(s) you're experiencing?  Without that information, I don't know how to start helping you.

Good Morning DramaQueenDiva

Everything with my Fitbit worked just fine for the 1st 5 weeks or so. My
husband and I enjoyed comparing our steps/exercise while doing a two week
tour of Ireland. Early one morning I woke up or noticed my fitbit was
"vibrating" every few seconds for a short time. Thought it needed to be
charged. When I got up in the morning the screen was blank, pressed the
side bar and a code came up. Didn't know what it meant, the smiley face
came up, but didn't have time to pursue the problem as we had to be ready
for our next tour, but put it on the charger. When we returned to our
room I still got a smiley face and maybe the code. No info on if the
charge had taken place. Later that evening after returning to our room for
the night I googled my issue and found there was a lot of people that had
the same problem and offered some solutions. I did try some of them but
did not have time to devote to getting this resolved.

Tried again when I got home to recharge, hold the bar for 20 seconds got a
smiley face and nothing else and it did vibrate once also. That was about 5
days ago and now there is nothing!

I realize this reply is pretty wordy but tried to give you a picture of
what is happening. Hope this is of some help to you. Thank you so much
for you offer to help.
