I earned a FitBit through my Humana 360 program in November 2020. Today I went for a swim, it was supposed to be waterproof up to 50m. And it has stopped working, it is in rice now, with no luck yet. Fitbit, what are my options? I loved your products and partnership with Humana, but can’t earn points if I can’t track my steps. I’m saving up for a Sense! Please help!
