Inspire stopped working and can't contact Support

My Fitbit Inspire stopped working.  I only bought it in February of this year so it is under warranty.  I am trying to file a claim with these people and when I put in my information is is telling me the info is incorrect, but when I try to sign up again, it is telling me that the user info is being used by another person.  Does anyone know how to get in touch with them so that I can get into the system.

customer support contact options should be available at contact.fitbit.com Is this the site you are trying to use? If it is then let us know what country you are in and we can provide the phone number.
