Inspire stopped working, won’t turn on

I’ve seen a few other posts regarding this same issue. I’ve done the reset where you plug it in and hold the button for 5 seconds. Absolutely nothing happened. 
it started the other day it got stuck at 6:41 pm and I noticed it in the morning around 10am it still said the time from the night before. I tried to sync it and it kept saying device couldn’t be found. I thought maybe it just needed to be charged fully. It looked like it was charging fine, had a smiley face and the battery icon also. Then later in the day I checked it because it should have been fully charged by then. It wouldn’t turn on at all that’s when I did the reset. Still nothing. I bought it brand new in late spring early fall of 2019. 
help?

I am having the same issue with mine.  It will not hold a charge longer than 30 minutes or so, it just completely shuts down.  I have not had it very long at all, got it in December for Christmas.  I've tried everything as well and nothing.  It will not even turn on now.
