Yesterday, out of the blue, my Inspire stopped working/will not turn on. It had more than 90% battery life when it died, and the watch itself is only about 8 months old. I plugged it into the charger and held the button down, but that didn't do anything. The watch also didnt vibrate when it was plugged into the charger like it normally does.

Should I just contact customer service about this?

Mine keeps doing this too. I have had mine almost 8 months and in that time it has done it about 5 times. Have you tried connecting it to the charger and holding the button down for 15 seconds, this usually works. Though mine goes through different periods of responsiveness, meaning that it is supposed to light up and show the time when you move your arm to look. Mine (fitbit inspire hr) had to be reset yesterday as it went blank again and now doesn't respond to wrist movement, this has happened before and it is really annoying.
