Inspire strap coming off the watch

Hi my daughter who has the inspire watch has explained to me that the watch falls off her arm, I have investigated this and can see that the pin holes for the strap are now enlarged

allowing the watch strap under movement/activity’s such as football/netball to come off. The strap pins are fine and on swapping them around just to rule out the pins it does exactly the same. She has had this for about 4months and I’m very disappointed that this has happened so soon, We purchases this to encourage becoming more active and seeing the rewards but this has really let the build quality down, a new strap will not solve the problem any ideas how this can be over come?
