Inspire stuck on step counter

My Inspire is 2 months old and has worked fine til today.  When I press the side button the time and step counter comes up.  Tapping will not move it to the other functions- sleep, heart rate etc.  Any ideas?

Mine is stuck on the time.  I can see the time only.  Pressing the side button and trying g to scroll across the screen does nothing.  Mine is 1 month old.

I was able to fix mine.  You have to attach your fitbit to the charger.  Make sure its tight to the charger.  Then, hold the side button in until you see a smiley face.  That worked for mine.  Just needed a reset!  Hope that helps!Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
