Sudden decrease in step count. Every day 🤦🏾‍:male_sign: Usually between 1000 to 5000 steps gone

Hi @Faris_Albishi, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the step count on your Inspire has suddenly decreased.

 

Please restart your Inspire as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your steps walked.

 

Finally, monitor your Inspire HR during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
