Got my Inspire in December for Christmas. Died on July 12th. The charge was low around 20% but not super low. Then it just died in the morning. I didn't think too much about it at first and I was planning on charging it later when I got home. But I put it on the charger and it wouldn't turn on or charge. Checked all the forums, clean to the connections as suggested and held the start button as suggested. Nothing works. It's just completely that. After 7 months. And the weirdest thing is I kept getting coupons in my email from Fitbit that day about discount for fitbit's. Did you guys intentionally kill my Fitbit so that you could sell an upgraded model? I can't believe that this would be a coincidence.

A very similar thing happened to me earlier this week, too. My inspire hr was about half charged when later that day it suddenly stopped working completely. No response, no vibration. The screen will not light up. It does not respond when charging. I tried to hard reset it while plugged in and it did not do anything. No smiley face. I hope Fitbit will help or send me a new device!

This happened to me today. it was all charged up which usually last many days. I came back from the grocery and it was back down to 8%. I plugged it back in and held the button down, finally got the 🙂 now recharging.

My Fitbit just did the same thing and I got mine in September 2019. Not even a year and all of the sudden it just dies and isn’t responding. Very weird.

I’m having the same issue. I plugged my fitbit into charge, & the screen was totally blank. It won’t charge, the lights on the back aren’t working, it’s just totally dead. I’ve only had the fitbit since 30th May

I am experiencing the same thing. I purchased the Inspire Christmas 2019, and it died September 8! This is the second Fitbit I have had in less than two years. I love Fitness support and goal monitoring, but the unreliability is extremely important frustrating. I am considering a different product. It's strange that many of us have experienced this problem.
