I recently lost my Fitbit Inspire and purchased a new one. I noticed that the same walk I was talking every day was now A LOT less steps. I did the 100 step count and it was repeatedly only tracking 60 to 70 instead of 100 steps. I looked at the exercise log and it just stopped tracking exercise 3 days ago. I also can't get it to reset. I plug it into the computer, see it is charging, hold the button for 5 seconds and nothing. I'm not sure what else to try?
