Inspire will not charge or reset

Just recevied my new Inspire and got it all set up, however it won't charge or reset. That tells me it isn't connecting to the charging port correctly, but I don't see how that is the case. I have plugged the charging cord into three different computers, as well as a couple different charging blocks, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it???

I had to return mine. I spoke with FitBit Support via DM/Twitter.

I’ve had my new HR Inspire for two months and yesterday it died on me!  No green light, no response, can’t count the number of times I’ve tried to reset it,  app doesn’t respond and have tried everything suggested from customer service chat line.  Now awaiting email from a specialist!

They’ve been pretty good at responding. I’m hoping it’s not a software issue where you can’t charge when an update is pending, though. So far that seems to be the pattern (from a very limited number of users mind you)

I am having the same problem. Won’t recharge. I’ve only had the Fitbit for 2 months. Did u fix urs?

After trying all the troubleshooting suggestions without success I took it to the shop I bought it from and they replaced it straight away. Hopefully this one will last longer than two months!

Yes I contacted Fitbit and they sent me a new one immediately and were super nice about it!!

I also contacted them they r sending out a new charger. Hope that fixes it. They also very nice about it!

Well I just returned it through amazon. So I returned the entire thing.

I am having same issue  as others. How do I fix the problem. It was working fine yesterday  and charged it yesterday. This morning  when I got up, It's  dead.

I have Fitbit inspire HR ever since February.  It was working fine till yesterday.  I charged it and this morning  it was dead. Won't  charge won't  synchronize to app. HELP!!!

U sent me a new charger, but sorry to say it didn’t help. I took it back to Target and they gave me a new one. I would also like to mention that there must have been something wrong with the one I returned, because the new ones features work, as where the old one didn’t work like this one does!

My Fitbit wouldn’t charge—left it on the charger for an hour—and I tried pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds while it was on the charger like the instructions said...nothing. I finally tried pressing the power button OFF of the charger until the smiley face came on and THEN plugged it up to the charger and now it has begun charging.

Nothing work for me so I went back to Target and exchanged it!

I’m so fed up with Fitbit.  Years ago i had several, and the bands always broke.  Now i paid $150 for the inspire HR, bought it on the Fitbit store in early March, and it doesn’t work.  It won’t charge.  I called Fitbit and I had to send the device back to them BEFORE they would do a replacement.  I mailed it two weeks ago and just got an email in which they’re requesting additional information.  It seems had I bought it anywhere else, it would have been replaced immediately.  So, with a new device, I’m now going on week 4 without it.  I’m going to be away from home for three weeks, so it will be well over two months.  Really -this is just inexcusable.......  I will never buy another Fitbit device.

Almost the same, I received my Inspire for Christmas and now nothing. Want charge can feel like a small very quick vibration but have a black screen.

I was annoyed by the number of times I had to provide the same information. But they did come through and my replacement came in.
