Inspire will not charge or reset

Just recevied my new Inspire and got it all set up, however it won't charge or reset. That tells me it isn't connecting to the charging port correctly, but I don't see how that is the case. I have plugged the charging cord into three different computers, as well as a couple different charging blocks, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it???

I've done that, no good.

I've had been using Fitbit for five years, I just found 6 Fitbit boxes, and that's not including the ones that I was able to simply exchange because they stopped working within a month. (Can't exchange this one, I've had it too long)  I think I'm going to see how a cheaper competitor holds up.

Sorry you had that experience. The replacement I originally received is still working fine. Just sharing that info because talking to the void is annoying. I’m betting the next gen of all brands will probably start taking our temperatures now...

@-bbg Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your Inspire not charging. Have you tried any troubleshoots besides the restart? Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.

Let me know how it goes.

Returning this garbage.  Pins align for 5 seconds, begin charging and then it stops.  Tried several ports, power sources, holding it in my hand, propping it up, it's terrible.

Can't set it up because the battery is too low.    Never had problems like this with my flex.  Ridiculous design.
