Hello...Have not been able to set up my Inspire to my home computer, an iMac..downloaded the v2.0.2.7241 app for Mac...Going through the profile and then setup process, 1st window is Meet your fitbit inspire ,USB charging cradle, the next three windows are blank white except for the next button..After those windows it says searching for your Inspire....but the device is never found, I tried connecting the Fitbit from the dashboard, no luck...The store where I bought this Inspire will not take back open electronic...HELP!!

Let me help you setting up your new Inspire HR device. Try uninstalling the app on your Mac computer and then download the most recent version from the website. After this retry the setup process. If the issue persist then please try using a phone or different computer.

Inspire hr wont connect to imac. Downloaded app multiple times. Unistalled all fitbit aps and reinstalled multiple times. Turned Bluetooth off (with USB mouse) and back on multiple times. Set up screen is always blank. Setting up on mobile device is not an option.

I got my Inspire HR today and ran into the same problem--I can't get Fitbit Connect to complete the setup protocol. My Bluetooth won't even recognize it when attached to the dongle. Then I wasted four hours trying this "solution" as well as others on the help pages. None of them worked, not even after charging the battery to 100%. I have an iPhone 5s, which won't accept the app, and don't intend to upgrade just so I can download it. I'm very disappointed with the device and with the level of customer service here so I'm returning the device for a refund and will look elsewhere for a similar product.
