Did you mean:

Inspire will not track exercise nor will it remind you to get your 250 steps

Fitbit Programmers,

I have an Inspire running version Fit OS 33.20001.88.11  Model FB412

I am running the fitbit app on my IPhone 12 with a software version of iOS15.3 (19A346)

I used to run on a iPhone 6 until this past week so the many quirks I had discovered, I attributed to the old phone.  Now I have a new phone with the new iOS - So here are my grievances:

My fitbit will no longer automatically track my exercise.  If I put in manually that I walked from 4:20 for 5 minutes and walked 200 steps it counts that as exercise and highlights that I exercised this week but the 75 minutes on my treadmill where I walked 6,000+ steps it does not count.  (really?!?!?)  The fitbit counts those 75 minutes as active minutes but not as exercise (what?!?!)

Also my fitbit will no longer remind me that I have not completed my 250 steps this hour.  So if I am on the computer and have forgotten to get up and walk around, you no longer remind me.  I really don't like this.  It did work before my phone got too old - now with the new phone, it no longer works.

I have been a fitbit user since 2014 way back in the days when you used a dongle on a Flex..

If there is anymore information you need from me, please let me know and I will be happy to give it to you.  Otherwise please fix these errors.

Thank You,

Darlene Benoit

I’ve found this today. Tried everything to get it to record my 2 walks as exercise sessions. It know I’ve done them as it’s counted in active minutes, but won’t update as exercise sessions.
