Inspire with clip reminder to move screen not showing data

I have had a One fitbit but it died.  A week ago I purchased an Inspire with a clip. On my app the Reminder to move Screen is not showing some  of the data.   It shows the dots of the hours that I reached 250 steps but that is all.  

Farther down on the screen where there is  “ Longest Stationary Period” and “ All Day Breakdown”. It says No Data and empty bars.  Does this happen because I’m using the clip?  Or is something not working?   I have already found out that the reminder to move notification doesn’t work in the clip.  It will be frustrating if the above mentioned doesn’t work either with the clip. Nowhere  in any information about the Inspire does it mention certain features don’t work in the clip.

Hi @KatMa nice to see you around. Thanks for posting your questions about Fitbit Inspire when using it on the clip.

 

Sorry to hear that your old Fitbit One died, it was a really good model. You can find all the information about Fitbit Inspire when using it on the clip on the manual pages 10, 12, 13 and 18. Have you tried to restart your Inspire? It should vibrate when it is on the clip too. Make sure your Inspire is up to date. Is  your Fitbit vibrating with any other option?

 

What data is missing from your "Reminders to move" screen? Check if your Fitbit app is up to date too. Then, make sure to force quit the Fitbit app and log out and log back in.  Let me know if this helps.

Thank you for responding.
I get phone,text, calendar and app notifications. However the vibrations are so weak that I don’t usually feel it when I have it on my waistband. I do not get the notification at 10 minutes to the hour when I have not completed 250 steps in an hour (when it’s in the clip).
Also here is a screen shot of what I was talking about the data not showing up on the screen. It is not recording data where the two bars are. Is this because this is a 30 day total and I have only had this fitbit for 1 week? Thanks again.
