Inspire won't change screens.

  • My Inspire HR won't change screens with a tap or a swipe.  Reset, changed clock face, drained battery.  Nothing has fixed the problem.

Same problem here. The screen keeps flickering up and down to different menus and no response when touching the screen. Reset does not fix the problem.

I tried these recommendations multiple times and my screen still will not
change beyond the clock. When I restarted it the screen would show the
smiley face but it never vibrated. It keeps a charge and logs my steps but
nothing on the screen.  It has also stopped tracking the details on my sleep.

Nothing worked on mine either.  It was still under warranty so they sent a new one.  Just the unit itself without the band.

I am having the same problem. My fitbit is still recording all details but the screen only shows the clock and the time spent exercising. I have tried the suggestions that have been made but nothing is working.

My Fitbit was still under warranty and was replaced. Sorry I can't be of
more assistance.

How do you change the time of day. Mine is seven hours off.
