I have read lots of posts about this issue. I tried every single tip to get this working. It’s turned off and won’t charge, I can't get it to do anything to work.
I have tried -

cleaning the Fitbit charger and connection on the watch

using a different charger

using a different power point

holding the button for 5 seconds

holding the button for 10 seconds

plugging it into the charger and holding the button (as above)

leaving it plugged in for 6 hours and for 12 hours

 Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? Any help is great appreciated.
