Fitbit not charging and Chat Live thinks it looks like a charger issue and I’m no longer covered by warranty. If I buy a new charger, it may still not work and I will have wasted all the money. I am almost out of power (2% left) and won’t be able to restart without power. Are there places that can diagnose Fitbit problems? Would someone else’s charger work on my Fitbit?

Hi @MamieJ Fitbit can "see" more from their end of things. You can use another person's charger, if it's the one made for your device. Not all chargers are interchangeable. As for some place to diagnose the problem you're having - there are none. You might find an independent service that does it, but it wouldn't be cheap. You could always purchase a charger locally and then return it if it doesn't work for your Inspire.
