Inspire won’t connect to iPhone

My inspire won’t connect to my phone, it’s finding the device but won’t connect to tracking, my Bluetooth is turned on and location

@Rdig Thanks for stopping by! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Inspire not syncing with your iPhone. The link is done via the Fitbit app not from the bluetooth settings on your phone. You can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.
