Inspire won't pair to phone

My Bluetooth says inspire is unavailable.  I've tried all troubleshooting suggestions.  Any ideas?  Besides return immediately because that's what I'm thinking.

Thank you.  My phone is on compatible list and I did follow those articles. I finally got to talk to customer service and was advised to send it back as defective.

I have been having the same problem, it paired eventually for one day then off. It shows on my phone blue tooth but when I say to pair it says unable to communicate with inspire HR. I am trying to reset the fitbit but when I have it on the charger and hold the button for 5 seconds as the directions say it will not reset. I would love some suggestions.

I was told by a fitbit tech guy to send mine back and get a replacement, so that's what I'm doing.  If the replacement does this, I'm getting money back and buying something else.  I'm pretty disappointed.

Hi @bcopland Dont try and pair your Inspire to your phone. Just try to sync from the app - it doesnt pair via the bluetooth settings.

I'm pretty disappointed.  I hope the next one works or I'll be looking for another brand.  😞

Nice to see that you're digging into the Fitbit Forums @Mom4autism and @bcopland. Let me give you a warm Welcome to our Community. I'm sorry to hear that you guys are having issues to setup your Inspire. Many thanks @NellyG for your help.

@bcopland, thanks for those troubleshooting steps you already tried. You can also try removing the tracker from your phone's Bluetooth settings with all devices listed there too. Restart your phone and your tracker. Now add the tracker to the Bluetooth list and reopen the app to start a sync.

If those steps don't help, I would like to know what phone are you using to try to sync. This to check the compatibility with the Fitbit app.

Thanks for share your experience with us @Mom4autism

Give it a shot and let me know if that works. Have a nice weekend! 😸
