I have just updated an old fitbit to a fitbit Inspire HR. My old account comes up and I am having a hard time connecting my inspire and getting rid of my old information

Hi @KCMorgan You wont get rid of your old information on your existing account. If you want to start with a clean slate then you are best to open a new account using a different email address.

I have the same issue, amongst others noted in this forum. It paired with my iPhone for a few days (it's new) and now it won't pair. It's going back.
