I have downloaded the app, checked my Bluetooth setting and then I get to the point where I put in the code from the Inspire to my phone and it starts downloading the update. It's been stuck on 3% for a long time. The image on the 'Inspire' just states ...Fitbit.com/setup but nothing is happening. I have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and checked all the forums, but I still can't get it to work. Help!

The firmware update process should automatically start when you're setting up the device, however, if you experience difficulties with this specific process, please learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article. I have done everything on the links you have provided. I have switched off, uninstalled, reset and restarted everything several times but it will not accept the 'update'. It just says 'update failed'. I have updated my phone (Sony Experia L4) and have spent at least three hours on this now. I have even purchased a second Inspire and it is doing the same. I am going out of my mind! Help!

I have since tried using a different device and the same thing happens. It gets stuck downloading the update. Is there a problem with the update? I'm giving up and sending it back.
