Inspire won't sync and is 3 minutes behind

Hi,

Since yesterday my inspire hasn't been able to sync with my phone. It is still tracking my steps and active minutes.

I've done some of suggestions like turning off blue tooth and wifi, but was not successful. More than once I've held down the button of the fitbit for 10 seconds to get a happy face and no improvement.  Now if I hold it down I no longer get a smiley face. I've just recently notice that my fitbit clock is about 3 minutes late.

Please help

@RosieCancan101 It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire not syncing or showing the correct time and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
