I reset my Fitbit now the time and everything is not syncing to my app what to do.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire since your Fitbit Inspire is not showing the correct time and it won't sync your data with your phone. Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Fitbit Inspire and see if the issue gets fixed.
