Inspire won’t sync to Iphone

Tonight my Inspire won’t update in my iPhone app.  The phone says it successfully synced, but it does not. I connected it to the charger to restart it, but the inspire itself won’t recognize that it’s charging, so I can’t. The battery is 94% charged. I can see my steps on the inspire itself. Turned my phone in and off- it made no difference. Sigh.

Hi @Vickymrp  this happened to me, as well. It seems to have cleared up and we should all be able to sync and get to all the Fitbit features on the website and on the app. Thanks for coming to the forums, we're glad you're with us!
