Inspire won't track sleep or pair with Blutooth

Switching to a new phone (same brand and model as before LG G8X running android 10 that I previously used without any trouble for years) and now my inspire won't track sleep, the fit bit app deleted sleep data for those years, the inspire icon for sleep is grayed out with No Data, and the inspire won't pair with either the old or the new phone. Rebooting and deleting etc instructions from other posts have not helped.

Was finally able to pair fitbit with new phone. Not sure what the fix was for that part. My sleep features and past data on the fitbit app reappeared after pairing. And it took a while for the grayed out fitbit sleep display to show data, but it does now. I wish I knew what I did to fix it to be able to share, but all I can recommend to those with a similar issue is to persist in trying different combinations of things, until something works.
