I have the regular inspire and mine hasn’t tracked a single night of sleep since July. Customer service has been complete nonsense. How is there no fix or update in almost 5 months??? They answer with one sentence, but sorry to buy a product that isn’t exactly cheap and not have one of its function work for that long is unacceptable.

Hi @amandaf, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire hasn't tracked your sleep data at all. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Mine stopped working after 9 days dont even know how to stich watch on and off really disappointed as its what l use most
