hey all can anyone help bought new insprie last night installed app etc had in today and hasn't tracked my steps just my calories what am I doing wrong 🙃

I am having the same issue I finally got it to sync and everything is working except tracking my steps and active exercise etc.

Thank you for confirming that your Inspire device is syncing properly and that you're still having trouble to track your steps.
Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried to restart the device following the steps listed in this article?
