Inspire won't turn on or charge

My Fitbit shutdown and will not recharge.

Hi there, @Nb22. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

As a first approach, I recommend restarting your Inspire. 

If it doesn't turn on, please try charging it for 2 hours to see if the screen comes on. If you notice that your Inspire is not charging at all, see What isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
