My fit bit turned off and will not turn back on again. I tried both of my charging cables. neither of them work. The FitBit is not showing any sign of charging. I have cleaned the contacts several times.

Hi there, @Jbraun3043. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire before reaching out. 

 

In addition to the steps you've done, have you tried cleaning the contacts on the back of your Inspire and not just your charging cable? If you haven't done so yet, please see How do I clean my Fitbit device?

 

Additionally, please try the following:

 

  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Still no power to the device. I have tried two separate chargers, and I have tried several different wall plugs. No luck no power. Can I talk to someone about a replacement?
