can anyone help please, I have a new Inspire tracker, I linked it to my tablet but the tracker itself won't turn on, I have tried to update it but just not doing anything, I would appreciate any help at all, thanks

In order to turn on your Fitbit display again, I would recommend to set up your Inspire again. Please follow the instructions of help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? This time pair your tracker as a replacement device.

Thank you Andrea for your answer I have same problem. After I set it up and connect it with mobile it showed that battery is low so I left it to charge now I want to start using it but it doesn't switch on, don't know what to do 😞

Did this get resolved? I just got an Inspire HR for Christmas and it is doing the same thing.

Same issue got it for Christmas went to update and after 12 hours of updating now it won’t turn on and I’ve followed ever step on the help section

I contacted customer service and they sent me a warranty form and my new inspire hr is on its way.
