Inspire won't turn on

when I connect the UBS it buzzes but no matter how long I charge it it won't turn on. I also cleaned all the connector to be sure there wasn't any dirt.

Hi @Kris10Kinn, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Fitbit Inspire as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit Inspire and see if it comes back to life.
