Inspire won't turn on

My fit bit has been working until this morning. The screen is black, have tried charging, nothing. Have cleaned it and the charger, nothing. Have tried resetting, nothing. Up to this point, was working, although did have issues with the screen not responding from time to time.

Im having the exact same issue! It’s not even connecting to the charger.

Same here. I’ve tried syncing (which it still seems to do), restarting and changing the clock face (Which has worked for some people), but it still is blank.

I reached out to Fitbit and they are replacing mine. I had to send it in, and hopefully will receive the replacement next week!
