Hello, I received my fitbit 3 days ago and it wont charge. The USB is good, I've tried several suggestions from the forum. . The film was removed when I opened it. When I check on it after 4plus hours each time there is the smiley face, the logo and scrolling visit. fitbit.com/setup. I have. It says no battery but has all my info: steps, water etc. Any help would be appreciated as I have started a healthy lifestyle and this is a tool I need. Thanks!

Has this unknown tracker been setup to your Fitbit account? If so what does the Fitbit app show the level at.
Some trackers will not display the battery level until the firmware has been installed.

Tracking information registers to my phone. Battery level is 1% for days now. It says cannot complete because battery level has to be at 50%
