My fit bit works fine but then decided not to work all of sudden which is a huge bummer since I'm in the thick for my fitness competition season.

Hi @Sjeanmctear, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel since this affected the competition you were participating in. However, let me help you with this issue.

 

I would like to know if your Fitbit Inspire vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
